White-Glove Delivery
Every Roman Plinth is delivered by a two-person specialist team. They bring the piece to the room of your choice, place it, and remove all packaging. Delivery is included in the purchase price. We ship to the continental United States, Canada, and Australia.
Lead Time
The Roman Plinth is made to order. Lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details when your piece leaves Tivoli. For time-sensitive projects, contact us before ordering.
Natural Stone Variation
Travertine is a geological material. Tonal variations, pore distribution, and veining differ from block to block — this is not a defect, it is the nature of the stone. Product images are representative. If you would like to discuss the specific block available at time of order, contact us.
Damaged on Arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange full replacement or issue a complete refund — whichever you prefer. No questions asked.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee as cutting has begun. Once a piece has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
