$300 USD flat rate, white-glove service. A two-person specialist team delivers to the room of your choice, places the piece, and removes all packaging. Full insurance coverage during transit.

We ship to destinations outside the USA, Canada and Australia by arrangement. Contact us at contact@tobia-stones.com before ordering to receive a white-glove delivery quote for your location. Payment proceeds only after the quote is confirmed.

Natural Stone Variation

Travertine is a geological material. Tonal variations, pore distribution, and veining differ from block to block. This is not a defect, it is the nature of the stone. Product images are representative. Contact us if you wish to discuss the specific block available at time of order.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. All pieces are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@tobia-stones.com within 30 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
