Shipping & Delivery

Each piece in our collection is made to order — conceived, sourced, and produced for you alone. Because we refuse to compromise on material or process, our timelines reflect the care your piece deserves.

Production Lead Time

All Tobia Stones pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation for production and preparation for shipment. You will receive tracking information once your piece ships.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, and Australia. All shipments are managed by specialist freight partners with direct experience handling fine stone and luxury furnishings. We do not ship via standard parcel carriers.

White Glove Delivery

Every piece is delivered by a white glove service team. This includes inside delivery, placement in the room of your choice, and full removal of all packaging materials. Curbside delivery is not an option — the integrity of your piece depends on proper handling at every stage.

Delivery Appointment

Once your piece is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the piece before signing.

Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect your piece carefully before the delivery team departs. If you notice transit damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph the condition immediately. Contact us at contact@tobia-stones.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.

International Duties & Taxes

For deliveries to Canada and Australia, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes at the point of entry.
