# Terms of Service ## Tobia Stones **Effective Date:** 12/02/2026 Welcome to Tobia Stones. These Terms govern your access to and use of www.tobia-stones.com and the purchase of our pieces. By engaging with our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. ## 1. Our Pieces Tobia Stones curates and produces architectural furniture crafted from natural materials including travertine, marble, and other noble stones. Each piece is inherently unique. Variations in tone, veining, porosity, texture, and surface markings are natural characteristics of stone and reflect its authenticity. These distinctions are not defects, but the signature of nature. ## 2. Made-to-Order & Custom Production Most Tobia Stones creations are produced on a made-to-order basis. Once production has commenced, orders may not be cancelled or refunded. Estimated production timelines are provided for guidance and may vary depending on material sourcing and artisanal processes. ## 3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Full payment or agreed deposit is required prior to production or shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. ## 4. Delivery & Inspection Due to the weight and fragility of natural stone, deliveries are made via specialized freight carriers or white glove service where applicable. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Upon receipt, the client must: - Inspect the piece carefully - Note any visible damage on the delivery document - Notify us within 48 hours with photographic documentation Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for claim. ## 5. Returns & Cancellations All Tobia Stones pieces are made to order. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After this window, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted. Returns are accepted exclusively in the case of confirmed structural damage or transit damage, reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic documentation. No returns are accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or natural stone variation. ## 6. Care & Responsibility Natural stone requires thoughtful care. Tobia Stones is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance, or exposure to inappropriate environmental conditions. Care instructions are provided to preserve the integrity of each piece. ## 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tobia Stones shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. ## 8.
