Returns & Refund Policy

All Tobia Stones products are custom-made to order. Because each piece is individually crafted to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size estimates, or buyer's remorse.

Returns Accepted for Defective Products Only

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unaltered condition
  • The defect must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of defect (photos or video) must be submitted with your return request

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us at contact@tobia-stones.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the defect
  3. Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective products. The replacement item will be custom-made to the same specifications as your original order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products without defects
  • Products that have been altered, installed, or modified after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the defective item has been received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for confirmed defective items are covered by Tobia Stones. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request.
