Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After this window, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Pieces

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Email contact@tobia-stones.com with photographs of the damage
• We will respond within 3 business days

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All freight costs for white-glove stone furniture returns are at the customer's expense. We will assist in coordinating return logistics.

Non-Returnable Items

All pieces are made to order. Returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection cannot be accepted. We recommend requesting a stone sample before placing your order.
