Most of our furniture is made to order to ensure exceptional quality and finish. ## Production & Delivery Timeline - Estimated production time: 4–6 weeks - Estimated transit and delivery coordination: 2–4 weeks - **Estimated total delivery timeframe: 6–10 weeks** Certain collections or custom finishes may require additional time. Our team will confirm timelines upon order confirmation. ## White-Glove Freight Delivery Due to the weight and value of our stone furniture, orders are shipped via professional freight carriers. White-glove delivery is available to the United States, Canada, and Australia at a flat rate of $300 USD. Worldwide delivery is available on request — contact us for a quote. Delivery includes: - Scheduled delivery appointment - Signature upon delivery - Professional handling - Careful placement in your designated room (where service is available) Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access to the property, including doorways, staircases, and elevators. ## International Orders We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and worldwide on request. International shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated. ## Inspection & Acceptance All deliveries must be inspected at the time of receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery documentation and reported within 48 hours. ## Natural Material Notice Travertine and natural stone are inherently unique. Variations in tone, texture, and surface character are expected and are not considered defects.
