Where We Ship

We deliver to the United States, Canada and Australia. If you are elsewhere, write to us before ordering and we will quote the freight for your address.

Lead Time

Every piece is cut to order in Tivoli, Italy, then shaped and finished by hand before it is prepared for transit.

Production: 4–6 weeks
Delivery: 2–4 weeks
Total: 6–10 weeks from order confirmation

Custom dimensions may require additional time. We confirm the timeline at order confirmation.

White-Glove Freight Delivery

Because of the weight of solid stone, orders travel crated on a pallet with a specialist freight carrier, not a parcel service. White-glove delivery is $300 USD flat to the United States, Canada and Australia.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property, including doorways, staircases and lifts.

Stone Samples

A 10 × 10 cm sample ships separately at $15 flat to the United States, Canada and Australia, within 3 business days. The $30 sample price is credited in full against a subsequent order.

Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered to Canada and Australia cross an international border and may be subject to duties, import taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the $300 freight charge. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Inspection on Delivery

Inspect the piece on receipt. Note any visible damage on the delivery document and report it within 48 hours with photographs. See the Return & Refund Policy for claims and returns.
