The Primordial Console, Live-Edge Stone and Onyx
Cut to order in Tivoli. Six weeks from quarry to your floor. White-glove delivery included.
The top retains its natural edge, as extracted from the quarry. Not dressed. Not trimmed. The live edge is not a style choice — it is the refusal of one.
The slab is natural stone with organic grain — the kind of surface that formed over millions of years and was never intended to be flat. The legs are carved columns of translucent onyx or semi-translucent mineral stone. When daylight passes through onyx, it reveals the internal mineral veining — layers of calcium carbonate compressed into translucency. Each leg is a section of geological history made visible.
No two consoles share the same silhouette. The live edge at the top reads differently in the morning than it does at noon. At a threshold, against a wall, in the entry of a designed interior — the piece occupies the space with the authority of something that was shaped by time, not by a designer's decision.
