The Amazon Dining Table, Green Marble Freeform
Cut to order in Tivoli. Six weeks from quarry to your floor. White-glove delivery included.
Amazon Green marble is quarried in Brazil. The colour is not decorative. It is geological: serpentinite and chlorite-bearing formations that developed under oceanic conditions on the floor of an ancient sea. The green is mineral. The white and black vein networks are tectonic sutures.
The top is cut in an irregular organic freeform — the natural mass of the stone preserved rather than corrected. No two tables share the same silhouette. The sculptural stone legs are not uniform. They carry the same intention as the top: the stone sets its own perimeter.
In a room, Amazon Green functions as the room's chromatic foundation. Everything else — walls, chairs, light — organises itself around the stone. This is not a table that decorates a dining room. It is a table around which a dining room is built.
Made to order. Extracted to specification. Each top unique.
