The First Ten
Tobia Stones began shipping in 2026. Every photograph on this site is a studio or rendered image, because the first pieces are only now reaching the homes they were cut for. We would rather show the real thing.
So, for the first ten pieces delivered: send us three photographs of the piece installed in your home and we refund your $300 delivery charge in full.
What we ask for
- Three photographs of the piece where it now lives. A phone camera is fine — daylight, no filter, the piece in its actual setting rather than isolated against a wall.
- Permission to use them. You grant Tobia Stones a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to reproduce the photographs on this website, in our catalogue, in print, in email and on social media. You keep ownership and may use them however you like.
- No faces, no addresses. We photograph the stone, not your household. We never publish a street address, and we credit you only by first name and city, and only if you want to be credited at all.
How the refund works
- Email the three photographs to contact@tobia-stones.com within 60 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
- We confirm the licence by return email and refund $300 to your original payment method within five business days.
- One refund per order. Limited to the first ten pieces delivered; the counter below is updated as each is claimed.
- If we decline the photographs — out of focus, or the piece is not identifiable — we say so within five business days and your delivery charge stands. We will tell you exactly what is wrong so you can send others.
This has nothing to do with reviews
We are paying for photographs, and only for photographs. The refund is not conditional on your writing a review, on any review being favourable, or on your saying anything at all about the piece. You may claim it and never write a word, or write that you were disappointed and claim it all the same. We will ask you separately, once, whether you would like to leave a review. That request carries no incentive of any kind and your answer does not affect this refund.
If something arrived wrong, tell us instead — see returns. We would rather fix a piece than photograph it.
