Made-to-Order Nature of Products

All pieces sold by Tobia Stones are made to order. Each item is produced specifically upon receipt of your order. As a result, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once production has commenced. By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept this condition.

Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@tobia-stones.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as offered at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.

Production & Delivery Timeline

All pieces require approximately 8 to 12 weeks for production. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics. Tobia Stones is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Natural Variation

Natural stone inherently varies in veining, tone, texture, and pore structure. These variations are characteristic of the material and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; your piece may differ in natural patterning.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, copy, and design — is the property of Tobia Stones and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tobia Stones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
